All returns made from in store or online purchases are for store credit or exchange only and must comply with the Miriam’s return policy. There are no refunds.
Returns must follow the following store policy procedures:
1)Returns of merchandise should be made no later than 3 days after purchase. The item or items must be in their original and unaltered condition. Items that are damaged or altered from their original form will not be accepted for return.
2) An email must be sent notifying Miriam’s of the return to: firstname.lastname@example.org
3) The item or items being returned must be shipped overnight using FedEx or UPS and should be properly insured for the value of the item. Direct signature of a Miriam’s representative must be required for any return made by shipping. Miriam’s is not responsible for any shipments that were not delivered to and signed for by a Miriam’s representative.

Backorders take on average 2-4weeks so please call for availability if you need a rush order.
Our shipping policy.
We ship all packages via UPS or Fedex. We process orders within 1-2 business days. All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 48 business hours (excluding Holidays), pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.
All packages will be sent one day overnight shipping. Packages will require a Direct Signature. (Meaning someone from your billing address will need to sign for package).
